After recent sightings of the world’s biggest YouTuber MrBeast In a popular restaurant in Auckland, locals have spotted him again scoping out property in the small Waikato town of Te Kuiti.

Most notably known for being the “shearing capital of the world” having a population of 4,500 and the Bosco cafe, MrBeast with his 283 million YouTube subscribers may have struck holiday home gold.

MrBeast real name Jimmy Donaldson is known for his large-scale challenges, fast-paced stunts and giving away hundreds of thousands of dollars. He is currently in New Zealand visiting the Waitomo district after claims were made he was going to be shooting a video “in a very dark place”.

Donaldson was previously spotted at Auckland Viaduct restaurant Oyster and Chop and a Woolworths in Hamilton.

Waitomo Mayor John Robertson confirmed that the star will be in Te Kūiti this week, saying: “We have lots to offer down here.”
